Funzy Click not responsible for any loss or damage of belongings during the photo shoot.

Funzy Click reserves the right to end or cancel any session if clients display uncooperative or rude behavior.

Full payments must be completed once the final photographs selection has been made.

When ordering duplicates or extra cd's the client will be charged only 20% of the original price.

Funzy Click is not responsible for any loss or damage of the final product once it has left the studio.

The photographer reserves the right to edit and enhance the chosen photographs according to his profession and artistic views.

No chosen photographs will be given to the clients before the full editing process.

Funzy Click reserves the right to keep a copy of every session on hardware in the studio.

photographs by Funzy Click may not be published in any media or to used for any official purpose without a written agreement with the studio and settling any necessary fees.

Funzy Click studio will automatically delete all unselected photographs once the client has made his selection

the final photographs will be ready within 5 working days depending on the workload of the studio.
